badjee may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall apply.
Unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. It is your responsibility to check bet details — including stake amount, selection, and market — before confirming. badjee will not void or amend a bet on the grounds of player error after it has been accepted by the system, except as required under section 6.3.
A bet will not be accepted if your badjee account does not hold sufficient real money or qualifying bonus funds to cover the stated stake at the time of placement. Partial bet acceptance is not available.

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC verification and provided the balance is not subject to any active investigation or hold. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. badjee will attempt to notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy administration fee.
